We had such a great experience with Mercedes. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the whole planning process so easy and stress-free. Everything was perfectly organized, from the resort to the flights, and she checked in with us during and after our trip. We truly enjoyed working with her and can't wait to plan our next trip with her.
