The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back from August 27 through November 21, and this year is extra special as the festival celebrates its 30th anniversary. From returning favourites and reimagined classics to brand-new dishes, drinks, desserts, cheese stops, and seasonal fall flavours, there is a lot to explore. This guide highlights the booths and menu items I’m most excited about, including must-try bites, cocktails, Emile’s Fromage Montage, non-alcoholic options, festival tips, and my personal strategy for making the most of a Food & Wine day at EPCOT.
Calling all Disney foodies! 🍷🍴
One of my favourite times of year at EPCOT is almost here: the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, running August 27 through November 21, 2026.
If you've never experienced Food & Wine before, picture an already amazing EPCOT day... but with even MORE reasons to eat and drink your way around World Showcase.
Throughout the festival, you'll find Global Marketplaces serving smaller portions inspired by cuisines from around the world, specialty cocktails, wine and beer, seasonal treats, returning favourites and plenty of brand-new dishes.
And 2026 is a particularly exciting year to visit because the festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary!
There is A LOT on this year's menu, so rather than simply listing every single item, I've gone through the 2026 Food & Wine offerings and pulled out what I think is most exciting, what I'd personally want to try, and what you should know before heading to EPCOT.
🍷 First: What Exactly Is the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival?
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is an annual event included with your regular EPCOT admission.
Throughout the park, Disney sets up Global Marketplaces featuring small plates, desserts and drinks inspired by destinations and flavours from around the world.
You pay for each food or beverage item individually, which means you can completely customize your experience.
Want to try five different snacks?
Go for it.
Want to spend the day sampling cocktails?
You know I'm not judging.
Want to share everything with your group so you can taste as much as possible?
That's actually one of my favourite ways to do it.
The festival is perfect for turning an EPCOT park day into a full foodie adventure.
🎉 2026 Marks 30 Years of Food & Wine!
This year's festival has an extra dose of nostalgia because EPCOT is celebrating 30 years of the International Food & Wine Festival.
To celebrate, Disney is bringing back or reimagining 30 dishes from previous festivals.
That means longtime Food & Wine fans may recognize favourites from years past, while first-time visitors get the chance to try dishes that haven't necessarily been on recent menus.
Some date all the way back to the festival's early years.
I LOVE this idea.
Disney nostalgia + food?
I'm in.
🧀 Emile's Fromage Montage Is Back
Cheese lovers, this one's for you.
Emile's Fromage Montage returns for 2026 and turns eating cheese into a scavenger hunt, which is exactly the type of challenge I want to participate in at Disney.
Grab a Festival Passport and look for qualifying cheese dishes at participating Global Marketplaces.
Purchase five eligible items, collect your stamps, and then visit Shimmering Sips to claim a special festival treat.
Some of the qualifying dishes this year include:
🧀 Pão de Queijo from Brazil
🧀 Griddled Cheese with pistachios and honey from Greece
🧀 Basque Cheesecake from Spain
🧀 Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli from Forest & Field
🧀 Schinkennudeln from Germany
🧀 Pineapple Cheesecake from Hawai'i
🧀 Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese from The Wedge
If you're already going to be eating your way around EPCOT, you might as well get rewarded for it!
🧀 There's Even an Entire Cheese Experience This Year
Yes, more cheese.
From September 18 through November 8, CommuniCore Hall will feature The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More, along with an interactive exhibit celebrating cheese.
And the menu sounds VERY dangerous.
You'll find options like:
Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese
Smoked cheddar macaroni and cheese topped with shaved beef, peppers, onions and herbed panko.
Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese
Smoked cheddar sauce with bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, jalapeños and crispy herbed panko.
Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
A simpler option featuring smoked cheddar sauce and herbed panko.
And then there's a Cannoli Milk Shake topped with chocolate shavings, a cannoli shell and a cherry.
If I'm visiting between September 18 and November 8, The Wedge is absolutely going on my list.
🌎 The Global Marketplaces I'm Most Excited About
There are far too many dishes to cover every single one here, so these are some of the booths and menu items that immediately caught my attention.
Mexico
Mexico understood the assignment this year.
The Tostada de Osso Buco features pork on a crispy corn tortilla with black beans, salsa verde, queso fresco and chives.
There's also a crispy tempura shrimp taco with cabbage and chipotle aïoli.
But obviously...
We need to discuss the margaritas.
The Fruta de la Pasión combines tequila and mezcal with passion fruit and citrus, finished with a salty chili rim.
There's also the Cherry Nostalgia, combining tequila with botanical liqueur, cherry and lime.
If you've read my guide to my favourite drinks around EPCOT, you already know Mexico is getting my attention.
Canada
You KNOW I wasn't skipping Canada.
The classic Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup with a pretzel roll is back, and there's a reason this dish has survived so many festival seasons.
You'll also find Filet Mignon with mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
These aren't necessarily the most adventurous foods at the festival, but they're comforting classics that are always tempting.
And over at the Canada Popcorn Cart, there's a new cocktail called the Northern Ruby, made with rhubarb liqueur, vodka, strawberry, ginger and lime.
That one has my name written ALL over it.
Germany
Germany has several returning classics alongside some interesting new additions.
The Schinkennudeln - a baked pasta dish with ham, onions and cheese is back.
There's also Apple Strudel with vanilla sauce and a new Wiener Schnitzel served with warm potato salad.
But one thing I'm particularly curious about?
The Schöfferhofer Orange Spritz Hefeweizen.
If you've read my EPCOT drinks blog, you know I already love Schöfferhofer's grapefruit beer.
So yes.
I'll be trying the orange one.
Italy
Italy's menu feels like pure comfort food this year.
There's a new Stromboli filled with ham and provolone, along with Pollo al Marsala featuring roasted chicken, creamy potato gnocchi, mushrooms and Marsala sauce.
For dessert, there's an Almond Panna Cotta with orange marmalade.
And for drinks?
The Amaretto Bellini combines amaretto, peach and Prosecco.
There's also an Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita.
Italy may require more than one stop.
France
France is one of those booths where I could easily order half the menu.
The 2026 selections include red wine-braised short ribs, a trio of escargot bites wrapped in croissant dough, a three-cheese filled brioche and pistachio crème brûlée.
And then there's the Chilled French Cosmo featuring vodka, citrus vodka, orange liqueur and cranberry.
I don't know how you're supposed to choose just one thing here.
Japan
Japan has some really fun additions this year.
You'll find a Spicy Temaki Hand Roll with spicy tuna, cucumber and spicy mayo, plus another hand roll featuring American Wagyu beef.
For drinks, there's the Autumn Breeze, a plum wine cocktail with kiwi, apple and yuzu flavours.
There's also a refreshing lemonade-style sake and a non-alcoholic mango-apple drink with popping pearls.
This booth sounds perfect for anyone who wants something lighter after several heavier festival dishes.
Greece
I see cheese.
I stop.
The Griddled Cheese with pistachios and honey sounds incredible and also counts toward Emile's Fromage Montage.
There's also Spanakopita and a Chicken Souvlaki Gyro with lettuce, tomato-cucumber relish and tzatziki.
For cocktails, the Greek Melon Limeade combines mastiha spirit, melon apéritif, vodka and lime.
Honestly, this might be one of the booths I'd most want to order multiple items from and share.
Brazil
Two words:
Cheese. Bread.
The famous Pão de Queijo is returning, and it's another eligible stop on the cheese stroll.
There's also a new shrimp dish with peppers and tomatoes in a coconut milk broth served with rice.
And obviously, Brazil wouldn't be complete without a Frozen Caipirinha.
Belgium
If you're a dessert person, don't walk past Belgium.
The new Belgian waffle is topped with cookie butter, whipped cream and speculoos cookie pieces.
COOKIE BUTTER.
Enough said.
You'll also find beer-braised beef with smoked gouda mashed potatoes, Belgian beers and chilled Belgian coffee—with an alcoholic version available for anyone who wants to turn their coffee break into a Food & Wine moment.
🍗 Brew-Wing Lab
This booth looks like one of the most fun stops of the festival.
The 2026 wing experiments include:
🔥 Buffalo-Dill Pickle
🔥 Korean Barbecue
🔥 Garlic-Parmesan
🔥 Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry
That last one is described as unnecessarily spicy.
Which means someone in your group obviously has to order it.
Not me.
But someone.
You'll also find Fried Pickle Spears, plant-based chicken strips and several beers and hard ciders.
And yes...
The infamous Pickle Milk Shake is back.
I'll let you decide whether that's exciting or terrifying.
🥟 Gyozas of the Galaxy
This may win my award for best booth name.
The brand-new Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings combine chicken dumplings with pesto, creamy cheese sauce, tomato confit and balsamic.
There's also a street-corn-inspired chicken dumpling with salsa verde, corn salad, cotija, lime crema and cilantro.
And for a meat-free option, there are edamame dumplings served with butternut squash purée, caramelized onions and sage.
These are absolutely going on my must-try list.
🍟 The Fry Basket
Sometimes you don't need anything fancy.
You just need fries.
This year's options include:
🍟 Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries
🍟 Truffle-Parmesan Fries with black garlic-truffle aïoli
🍟 Adobo Yuca Fries
🍟 Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with cinnamon sugar, pecans and marshmallow cream
Or...
Get the Fry Flight.
Because why choose?
🔥 Flavors from Fire
If you're someone who wants meat instead of another tiny dessert, make your way here.
The Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer returns with potatoes, peppers, shallots and chimichurri.
There's also smoked corned beef served with potato chips, cheese curds, pickled onions and beer cheese fondue.
And dessert hasn't been forgotten: the new Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding comes with chocolate ganache, bourbon-vanilla sauce and smoked sea salt.
Hops & Barley
This is another booth where the comfort food sounds amazing.
The new Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt features brisket, caramelized onions, barbecue sauce and cheddar on a potato roll.
There's also a seafood roll with lobster and shrimp, plus a chocolate pudding cake served with bourbon caramel.
This booth feels like the place to go when you've had enough tiny bites and want something that actually feels substantial.
🍂 The Fall Flavours Might Be My Favourite Part
Because this festival runs through November, several menus lean heavily into fall flavours.
And I am HERE for it.
At Forest & Field, there's Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter, pecorino, pomegranate and hazelnut praline.
At Milled & Mulled, you'll find:
🍎 Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae
🥕 Carrot Cake
🎃 Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque
🍺 Apple Strudel Hard Cider
Bramblewood Bites is serving brûléed sweet potatoes, trout with butternut squash purée and a cider-brined pork tenderloin.
And Festival Favorites has a Frozen Apple Blossom cocktail with apple cider, ginger ale, apple brandy, marshmallows and maple syrup.
EPCOT + fall food = yes please.
☕ Don't Forget the Festival Cold Brews
Joffrey's is getting involved too!
Different locations around EPCOT will feature special affogato-inspired cold brews, with flavours including almond, toasted marshmallow, caramel and other sweet additions.
Several can also be made alcoholic with vodka or Irish cream liqueur.
Considering how long my EPCOT days tend to be...
Coffee AND a cocktail?
Very efficient.
🍹 Don't Drink Alcohol? There's Still Plenty to Try
One thing I love about the festival is that you absolutely don't have to drink alcohol to participate.
There are plenty of fun non-alcoholic options this year, including:
🥭 Mango-Peach Bubble Tea in China
🥭 Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl in Japan
🍓 Remy Strawberry-Cheesecake Milk Shake at Sunshine Seasons
🍫 Frozen S'mores
🍎 Spiced Apple Slushy at La Poutinerie
☕ Festival cold brews
🥒 The extremely controversial Pickle Milk Shake
And several festival beverages offer both non-alcoholic and spirited versions.
🎁 My Favourite Food & Wine Payment Trick
If you're planning on purchasing lots of smaller items throughout the day, Disney offers festival-themed Disney Gift Card wristlets.
You load money onto the card and wear it on your wrist, which makes paying at the Global Marketplaces incredibly convenient.
Instead of constantly digging through your bag for your wallet or card, you can tap your wristlet and continue on to your next snack.
Just be warned...
It may make spending money on food dangerously easy.
🍽️ My Food & Wine Strategy
If you're planning your first EPCOT Food & Wine Festival day, my biggest piece of advice is:
Don't order everything that looks good immediately.
You WILL find something else you want five booths later.
Instead, I recommend:
Look through the menus before your trip. Pick a handful of absolute must-tries.
Share dishes. If you're travelling with someone, splitting items means you can taste twice as many things.
Don't forget regular EPCOT food. You don't need to eat exclusively from festival booths.
Drink water. Especially if you're sampling cocktails, wine or beer.
Take your time. Food & Wine isn't something you need to race through.
Grab a Festival Passport. It's useful for keeping track of booths and participating in Emile's Fromage Montage.
And most importantly...
Arrive hungry.
⭐ What's at the Top of My 2026 Must-Try List?
There is absolutely no chance I'm getting through this festival without trying at least a few of these:
🥟 Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings – Gyozas of the Galaxy
🧀 Griddled Cheese with Pistachios & Honey – Greece
🍟 Fry Flight – The Fry Basket
🥩 Smoked Brisket & Cheddar Melt – Hops & Barley
🍝 Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli – Forest & Field
🧇 Cookie Butter Belgian Waffle – Belgium
🍹 Northern Ruby – Canada
🍺 Schöfferhofer Orange Spritz Hefeweizen – Germany
🍑 Amaretto Bellini – Italy
🍎 Frozen Apple Blossom – Festival Favorites
And realistically...
I'll probably find another ten things once I'm actually standing in EPCOT.
Is the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Worth Planning a Trip Around?
If you already love EPCOT?
Absolutely.
The festival gives you another reason to slow down and explore the park rather than simply running from attraction to attraction.
You can try foods you wouldn't normally order, discover drinks from around the world, complete Emile's Fromage Montage, revisit festival favourites from years past and experience EPCOT with an entirely different focus.
And because the 2026 festival celebrates its 30th anniversary, this feels like an especially fun year to experience it.
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs August 27 through November 21, 2026, with some marketplaces and experiences beginning later in the festival, so make sure you check what's available during your specific travel dates.
As always, menus, prices and availability can change.
