Disney just announced a HUGE new lineup of snacks and drinks coming to Walt Disney World this fall! 🍹🧇✨ From birthday cake Mickey waffles and cookie butter churros to frozen slushes, over-the-top milkshakes, margaritas and even an espresso martini gelato milkshake, there is SO much to try. The new treats will be available across Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Disney Resorts and the water parks, so I’m breaking down what’s new, where to find it and which ones are going straight onto my must-try list!
As if I needed another reason to plan my Disney days around food...
Disney just announced a HUGE lineup of brand-new snacks and drinks coming to Walt Disney World this fall, and this isn't just a couple of seasonal cupcakes.
We're talking new Mickey waffles, pancakes, churros, frozen slushes, milkshakes, cocktails, margaritas, specialty drinks and more across the theme parks, resorts, water parks and Disney Springs.
And some of these sound SO GOOD.
Cookie butter mini churros?!
A churro strawberry shortcake sundae?!
Birthday cake waffles?!
An espresso martini GELATO milkshake?!
Disney, I am only one person.
So let's go through what's coming, where you can find everything and, most importantly, which ones I would be adding to my Disney food bucket list immediately.
🧇 New Mickey Waffles & Pancakes
We're starting with breakfast because Disney apparently looked at a regular Mickey waffle and thought:
How can we make this even more unnecessary and delicious?
And I support that decision.
The new breakfast lineup includes several flavoured versions of both waffles and pancakes at Disney resort food courts.
🎂 Birthday Cake Waffles & Pancakes
At Landscape of Flavors at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you'll be able to order character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles or Birthday Cake Pancakes with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles and rainbow sprinkles, served with bacon and sausage.
Basically dessert for breakfast.
As vacation should be.
🍓 Strawberry Waffles & Pancakes
Over at Disney's Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, Port Orleans – Riverside and Disney's Pop Century Resort, the new strawberry options come with creamy vanilla custard, plus bacon and sausage.
Strawberries + vanilla custard + Mickey waffles?
This feels like one of the safer choices for someone who wants something fun without going FULL sugar overload at 8 AM.
🍌 Caramel-Banana Waffles & Pancakes
Guests staying at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort are getting caramel-banana waffles and pancakes topped with streusel, served alongside bacon and sausage.
This might actually be one of my favourites from the breakfast announcement.
🌈 Fruit Cereal Waffles & Pancakes
At Disney's All-Star Music Resort, you can get waffles or pancakes topped with creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal.
Kids are going to LOVE these.
And let's be serious.
Plenty of adults will too.
🍫 Candy Bar Waffles & Pancakes
And All-Star Movies might have received the most chaotic breakfast of them all.
The Candy Bar Waffles and Pancakes come with cookie bar pieces, caramel and chocolate sauce, plus bacon and sausage, and they'll be available at World Premiere Food Court.
Imagine eating this and then immediately getting on Tower of Terror.
Maybe give yourself an hour.
🤤 Okay... We Need to Talk About the New Churros
Disney churros already have a loyal following.
Now Disney is apparently asking:
What if we just started putting churros in EVERYTHING?
Honestly?
Continue.
The new lineup includes everything from cream-filled churros to churro sundaes, cold brew and a giant shareable serving of 21 mini churros.
🍫 Bavarian Cream-Filled Churros
At Anaheim Produce in Disney's Hollywood Studios, you'll find Bavarian cream-filled churros served with chocolate sauce.
Simple.
Effective.
No notes.
🍍 DOLE Whip + Churros?!
This might be one of the most Disney snacks on the entire list.
The DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae combines DOLE Whip Pineapple with chili-lime-marinated pineapple, coconut and half of a classic churro.
You'll find it at Warung Outpost at Animal Kingdom, with a Typhoon Lagoon location coming in 2027.
I'm VERY curious about this one.
Sweet DOLE Whip.
Spicy chili-lime.
Coconut.
Churro.
There is a lot happening here.
🍪 Cookie Butter Mini Churros
Ice Cold Hydraulics at Hollywood Studios is getting Cookie Butter Mini Churros served with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies.
Yeah.
Put this VERY high on my list.
🥓 Maple Bacon Churro Fries
Over at Avalunch at Blizzard Beach, Disney is introducing Churro Fries topped with maple bacon jam, crispy crepe wafers and maple floss.
This sounds absolutely ridiculous.
I need to try it.
🍓 Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae
EPCOT's Sunshine Seasons is getting one of the items I'm MOST excited about:
Churro loops + strawberry soft serve + strawberry compote + whipped cream + cake crumble.
YES.
This is exactly the kind of unnecessarily elaborate Disney snack I want.

You can find these at Market at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
💙 Churro Overdrive
Magic Kingdom's Energy Bytes is getting the Churro Overdrive: cookies-and-cream mini churros with blue sugar and marshmallow.
🍪 Cookies & Cream Mini Churros
Hollywood Studios is getting yet another churro option with Cookies and Cream Mini Churros at Popcorn and Snacks.
Apparently Hollywood Studios is now the churro park.
I'm okay with it.
☕ Churro-misu Cold Brew
COFFEE PEOPLE.
Animal Kingdom's Isle of Java is getting a Joffrey's Cold Brew topped with house-made tiramisu cold foam and served with a churro.
A tiramisu cold brew AND a churro?
This is breakfast.
I don't make the rules.
👨👩👧👦 21 Churros?!
EPCOT is getting Family Churros at the Mission Space Cart.
That's 21 bite-sized churros served with sprinkles plus chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.
They say "family."
I say challenge.
🥤 Brand-New Frozen Slushes
Disney is also introducing a huge new lineup of frozen drinks featuring flavours like peach, lemon, vanilla, passion fruit, orange and guava.
And there are both non-alcoholic AND alcoholic options.
Which means everybody wins.

Key Lime Dream
The Key Lime Dream combines frozen limeade and key lime, topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs.

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
And Disney notes that alcoholic versions will also be available at select locations.
This sounds like frozen key lime pie.

🔥 Golden Frozen Flame
This combines lemonade with honey, chile, passion fruit, orange and guava flavours.
It's coming to locations at Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, with additional locations coming in 2027. An alcoholic version will also be available.
Sweet + spicy + tropical?
Very intrigued.
🍑 Peaches and Cream
This one sounds PERFECT for people who don't want something super tart.
The Peaches and Cream combines peach purée with lemon, vanilla and oat milk, finished with sweet cream cold foam.
You'll find it across Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Springs and Blizzard Beach.
And yes, there will be alcoholic versions at select locations too.
🥭 Mango Heat Wave
If you like a little spice, Disney is also introducing the Mango Heat Wave, a frozen mango drink blended with chili-lime sauce.
You'll find it at B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co. at Disney Springs, Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom and The Feeding Ground at Animal Kingdom.
A spirited version with tequila will also be offered at select locations.
🍹 And Now... The Alcoholic Slushes
Okay, adults.

🥃 Old Fashioned Freeze
This is SUCH a Disney adult drink.
The Old Fashioned Freeze combines Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, citrus and tea slushy and Angostura bitters.
It'll be available at Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and the Grand Floridian.
🍋 Frozen Key Lime Slush
Hollywood Studios gets an alcoholic version featuring Tito's Handmade Vodka, limeade, key lime and cream.
I feel like this could be dangerously easy to drink.
🫐 Blackberry Cobbler
Okay THIS ONE.
The Blackberry Cobbler combines Jack Daniel's Blackberry Whiskey with blackberry and peach purée, lemon, sweet cream and Biscoff cookie crumble.
It's available at Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom.

Who cares.
🥭 Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita
At Oasis Sweets & Sips in EPCOT, you'll find a Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita with Sango African Agave Spirit, Cointreau, mango and lime.
Another drink for my EPCOT list.
Obviously.
🌵 Prickly Pear Margarita
And Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom are getting a Prickly Pear Margarita featuring LALO Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, prickly pear and agave.
If it's pink, I'm already interested.
🥛 New Disney Milkshakes
Just in case the churros and frozen drinks weren't enough, we're also getting new milkshakes.
🍫 S'mores Gelato Milkshake
At Connections Eatery in EPCOT, the S'mores Gelato Milkshake combines Belgian chocolate and French vanilla gelato, toasted marshmallow, chocolate bar and graham cracker.
I genuinely don't know how you're supposed to eat some of these and then continue walking around EPCOT.
But we'll figure it out.
🎬 Steamboat Willie Milkshake
At The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom, this one combines cookies 'n cream ice cream with whipped cream, cookies-and-cream churros, a sugar cookie and a cherry.
Because apparently putting a churro ON a milkshake wasn't enough.
We needed a cookie too.
🍁 Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake
At Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you'll find French vanilla gelato with maple syrup, caramel and pecans.
There's also an alcoholic version available.
☕ Espresso Martini MILKSHAKES?!
Disney.
You have my attention.
At Whispering Canyon Cafe, the new Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake combines Absolut Vodka, Mozart Chocolate Liqueur, espresso and French vanilla gelato topped with sweet cream.
Hollywood Studios is getting a similar Espresso Martini Milkshake at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater using vanilla ice cream instead of gelato.
Coffee.
Vodka.
Chocolate liqueur.
Ice cream.
Disney.
I see absolutely no problem here.
🧃 New Non-Alcoholic Specialty Drinks
There are also several new options for anyone who wants something fun without alcohol.
The Enchanted Grove Lime Splash combines limeade, cucumber and mint and will be available at several EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs locations.
The Enchanting Ember Lemonade mixes lemonade, strawberry and hot honey.
And Cinderella's Royal Table and Rose & Crown will serve the Royal Berry Spritzer, combining blueberry, blackberry, pomegranate, lime and sparkling water.
I LOVE that Disney is adding more interesting non-alcoholic drinks.
Sometimes you still want the fun specialty beverage without ordering another cocktail.

🍹 Gold Standard Margarita
Available at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge and Dockside Margaritas, this combines Mijenta Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime and agave.
Classic.
I approve.
🥒 Cucumber Margarita
Disney Springs is getting a refreshing combination of 1800 Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, cucumber, agave and lime.
🥃 Citrus Old Fashioned
Also at the Disney Springs outdoor bars, this combines Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon with citrus liqueur, orange bitters, demerara and cherry.
🌶️ Spicy Margarita
This one will be available at Be Our Guest, Tusker House and Dockside Margaritas and combines Ghost Blanco Tequila with spicy agave and fresh lime, finished with a chili-lime and pepper-salt rim.
🐉 Dragon Fruit Margarita
Dockside Margaritas gets another new option with LALO Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and dragon fruit purée.
Again.
It's probably pink.
Therefore I want it.
Rose & Crown Is Getting FOUR New Drinks
If you're drinking around the World Showcase, the UK pavilion is about to become a much harder stop to choose from.
Rose & Crown Dining Room and Pub is getting four new cocktails.
🌸 Rosé Spritz
A strawberry and rosé spritz with Tito's Vodka, botanical liqueur and rosé.
🍯 Scotch & Honey
Blended Scotch with lemon, honey and ginger, topped with an Islay Scotch float.
🫐 Berry Proper
Gin, blackberry liqueur, lemon and blackberry.
☕ Dublin After Dark
Grey Goose Vodka, coffee liqueur, Joffrey's Cold Brew, demerara and Guinness Draught.
That last one sounds WILD.
Vodka + coffee + Guinness?
I don't know if I love it.
I don't know if I hate it.
But I absolutely need somebody to try it and report back.

✨ Disney Food Is Basically an Attraction at This Point
One of my favourite parts about a Disney World trip is that the food can become part of the experience.
Yes, I'm going for the rides.
Yes, I'm going for the characters.
Yes, I'm going for the fireworks.
But am I also going to walk halfway across EPCOT because somebody told me there's a new churro strawberry shortcake sundae?
Absolutely.
And this fall's new lineup has a LOT to work into your plans.
